All orders are final and non-refundable. It is water (a food product regulated by the TGA). It is expensive to produce. We can’t guarantee the quality or condition of the product upon return to reship the same item to other clients. We may accept refunds only before the order ships.
Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
