This  General Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales of goods and services by Zoelitewater & Wellness via the online store ZOELIWELL.COM or by phone to 1800 879 634. The law applicable to this contract is that of the

• Australian Consumer Law (ACL): That protects consumers against unfair contract terms, misleading conduct, and ensures goods match descriptions, are of acceptable quality, and fit for purpose and lastly.
• Privacy Act 1988: That mandates the protection of user personal data and payment information

This section defines any contract under which the Seller, Zoelitewater & Wellness, transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of the products to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay their price.

In the case that if you do not inform us before you complete the order (check the order basket) that you want delivery before or at a specified date, this date being essential from your point of view, please do not place the order, Zoelitewater & Wellness will not accept responsibility for fixed-term deliveries, only within the term fixed by a correspondence or according to Zoelitewater & Wellness’s website. By continuing to access the site, you express your agreement explicitly and informed that you consent to your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
At the same time, by placing an order on this site, you explicitly acknowledge that this order involves a direct obligation to pay to the seller, the seller being Zoelitewater & Wellness.

The products marketed through the ZOELIWELL.COM are brand new and are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery according to the legislation in force.
Zoelitewater & Wellness may publish on the site information about the goods and / or services and / or promotions practiced by it or any third party with which it has concluded partnership contracts within a certain period of time and within the available stock limit.
The products are offered in compliance with the provisions concluded at the time of order registration and within the available stock limit.
For this reason, Zoelitewater & Wellness assumes the right not to honour a particular order if that product is no longer found in the store stock, the remaining products are shown to be non-compliant for delivery or for reasons beyond the control of Zoelitewater & Wellness.
All information used to describe the products available on the site (static / dynamic images / video presentations, etc.) are used by the seller to informs the customer, which is also used as a presentation.

Zoelitewater & Wellness provides the warranty provided by applicable law, including but not limited to the operation of this site, the information, the accuracy of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the products on the site and their suitability for a particular purpose.
The buyer expressly agrees that the use of this site and the purchase of the products is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the possible colour differences between the one displayed on your monitor and the product, or the product / measure dimensions due to their particularities.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or violate these Terms. Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout. While we aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Zoelite is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

All orders are final and non-refundable. It is water (a food product regulated by the TGA). It is expensive to produce. We can’t guarantee the quality or condition of the product upon return to reship the same item to other clients. We may accept refunds only before the order ships.

Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
